The Dags
Darrell
Alarm clock goes off loudly
Darrell staggers out of bed
He'd rather be down the boozer
But he's off to work instead.
His salary is a secret
Which Connie knows little about
$1 to Connie's house-keeping
$1 for Darrell's shout.
He loves watching the footy
His favourite team the Cats
But things are hard at home these days
He now has two wee brats.
He loves a game of cricket
His favourite sport of all
He'll just receive sheer pleasure
With Luke and bat and ball.
He plays some backyard cricket
With his little boy and pooch
Bundy resembles that English guy
I think his name is Gooch.
Darrell is a helpful dad
He gives the kids their bot's
He peels the VB labels off
And sticks them on their cots.
It's very, very hard each day
To be stuck behind the wheel
'Cause you always get home late at night
And miss your evening meal.
Those crazy little drivers
In their little dinky cars
And big fat wogs in limousines
Sucking on cigars.
The world is full of storemen
Those rotten little fags
They'd better stay in line today
'Cause they're dealing with 'The Dags'.
