Sandie

Sandie loves to go a shopping,
Into Cranbourne town,
We cover more kilometres,
Than the Luna Park merry-go-round.

It's all to save a penny,
But the petrol price is high,
Surely it would be cheaper,
To go and shop nearby.

Tapping at computer keys,
Concentrating hard,
Anniversaries, twenty-firsts,
And baby's birthday cards.

Sewing, cross-stitch her interests vary,
We've just named a few,
If you ask her very nicely,
We're sure she'll share them with you.

Pergamano she really likes,
Ironing she just hates,
If she didn't have her diary near,
She'd get muddled with her dates.

With coffee mornings thru' the day,
"LEGS" meetings Monday nights,
Without her diary close at hand,
She'd never get them right!

Sandie likes to have a drink,
Occasionally with friends,
So have a drink with her real soon,
The laughter never ends.

There's always someone visiting,
Just to have a natter,
Lanie has a hard time though,
Hearing the telly above the chatter.

Winnie is the family dog,
Who gives the garden soul,
She's just the size to fit right in,
And make this family whole.

Family means a lot to Sandra,
Husband, two girls and boy,
Ian, Jenni, Lanie and Alex,
They are her pride and joy.

Sandie's house is full of fun,
And heaps of warmth and laughter,
If your feeling down and out,
It's where you'll find the cure you're after.
